Jimmy founded Neoasia in 1995. An experienced navigator in the pharmaceutical and skincare landscape, Jimmy’s many years of experience in the field of personal care began with his work with a number of the industry’s biggest players such as Johnson&Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Ciba-Geigy (now part of Novartis).

As exemplary of characteristic perspicacity and acumen, Jimmy directed Neoasia’s growth since 1995 with a particular view to the aesthetic specialty, a sector in the personal care market that has, and will only continue to see interesting growth prospects.

In fine weather, Jimmy enjoys a good game of golf. He is also a more than competent chef!

Heng Hui graduated from National University of Singapore with a degree in Economics and started his career as a business analyst with Heineken China. Prior to joining Neoasia, he was a member of the capital markets team with Bayerische Motoren Werke (BMW) AG, based out of Munich and Beijing. In his free time, Heng Hui enjoys reading history, swimming, and trying his hand at new recipes.





 

Graduating from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Glynise began her career in Tan Tock Seng Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy. Following an attachment to the retail sector which saw her getting acquainted with the cosmeceuticals and skincare industry, she joined Neoasia since February 2008, and acquired her true understanding and passion in medical aesthetics.

In her free time, Glynise enjoys watching documentary films and spends quality time with her family engaging in the national past time of bonding over good food and the company of her children!

Jessie received her Bachelor of Science (double majors in Accounting & Information Technology) from Arizona State University, USA, and a Masters in Information Technology from The National University of Singapore. She also attended the Management Programs at INSEAD.

Over the last 25 years, Jessie has worked in a number of senior management roles in Zuellig Pharma. She is currently an Executive Director at Teambuild Engineering & Contruction Pte Ltd and is responsible for their corporate strategy and investment.

Jessie enjoys reading in her spare time.

Maybelline holds an Honours degree in Information and Communication Management from the National University of Singapore, and a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resources Institute. Beginning her career with a corporate role in a local bank advocating for business technology services, she soon found her calling in HR and continually champions her belief in HR from the heart as she seeks to make a difference for the individuals she supports at work everyday.

Outside of work, Maybelline spends her time playing and learning alongside her children.
