2020 marks the 25^th anniversary of Neoasia. Over the years, our team has grown not only in staff strength but also in diversity with our expansion into countries across Asia. As we celebrate Neoasia’s 25 years of service, we invited our employees to share with us on what they enjoyed about being a part of Neoasia and their wish for the company in the years to come.

The team spirit at Neoasia is undeniably most appreciated by our employees about working at Neoasia. Teamwork is characteristic of how Neoasia carries out our functions. We have a collaborative environment where our people are jointly focused and aligned towards a vision they share; and that is building Neoasia to be the foremost distributor of the best medical aesthetics and dermatological technologies in Singapore and in Asia.

As we continue to provide learning opportunities for everyone on the team so that they can be confident team players, we also note the importance of the mental and physical health of our employees. To encourage our employees to embark on a personal fitness journey, Neoasia made a deliberate choice to gift each employee with a Garmin smartwatch in celebration of our 25^th anniversary. Our wish is for every employee to recognize that regular exercise can promote resilience and for them to remember to set aside time regularly to take care of their personal health.
