Three years ago, Neoasia started a journey to reinvent ourselves. We pivoted our approach on how we do business, enhanced our ability to be nimble, customer-centric and results-oriented as we delivered against our goals. We innovated to better serve our customers and ensure our growth and success. We have made robust progress notwithstanding the headwinds brought about by COVID-19.

To continue to deliver on our strategy, it is vital that our business and people strategy are aligned. We must ensure that our people are located in the right places and have full accountability for delivering innovative and valuable solutions to our customers in the markets. For this reason, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Chen Heng Hui as CEO of Neoasia group, effective 01 Jan 2021.

Heng Hui joined Neoasia group since 2014 and drove the business as strategic projects manager and chief representative of Vietnam. From 2018, he started serving as COO. He was instrumental in restructuring the business with effective adoption of new processes and technology in a data-driven manner and expanding the geographical footprint of Neoasia Group. He developed our strategy to drive revenue and capture new growth, transforming the business to bring the company towards its vision as the foremost distributor of medical aesthetics and dermatological technologies in Asia.

Ms Glynise Peh succeeds Heng Hui as COO of Neoasia group, effective 01 Jan 2021. With her deep and diverse leadership experience, Glynise is uniquely placed to understand the medical aesthetics and dermatological industry having grown with the business for over a decade. Glynise will lead our sales team which is the heart of our customer engagement, and will oversee the Singapore and Vietnam businesses in her new role.

Through their visionary leadership and customer-centric approach, we have full confidence in the opportunities that await Neoasia group.
