CSR 2019 – Neoasia Gives Back: Joy in Every Bundle

SINGAPORE, 01 March 2019 – Neoasia, in partnership with The Food Bank Singapore, packed and distributed 80 food bundles to elderly beneficiaries of Thye Hua Kwan Seniors Activity Centre at Block 257 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4, as part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility Program 2019.

The sponsored food bundles consisting of beverages, fruit, biscuits, instant noodles and canned food were distributed door-to-door by Neoasia staff to 80 elderly recipients living in the block. The Food Bank Singapore’s Joy In Every Bundle activity gives corporates and school groups a chance to give back to society by packing and doing a door-to-door distribution to the low-income households living in rental flats.

Aside from this, Neoasia also adopted The Food Bank Singapore’s Bank Box to store all types of non-perishable food items that are donated by Neoasia staff. The Bank Box is collected by the charity on a regular basis to distribute collected food items to people in need.
