This Christmas, Neoasia Vietnam responded to a call for financial assistance and collaborated with the Understand the Heart Foundation to sponsor an open-heart surgery for 3-year-old Nguyen Tran Ngoc My Dung.

Diagnosed with a congenital heart defect at just 4 months old, little My Dung underwent urgent surgery, but her condition did not improve after that unfortunately. Her condition worsened recently and she was hospitalized on 05 December 2023, needing another surgery to help her condition.

With the expertise of the cardiac surgeons at Ho Chi Minh Children’s Hospital, My Dung underwent another surgery on 12 December 2023. We are grateful to be part of this life-changing journey and we wish My Dung a speedy recovery.
