Neoasia Leadership Summit 2025: Celebrating Collaboration and Strategic Growth

On 6^th – 8^th January, Neoasia hosted its annual Leadership Summit at the prestigious Banyan Tree Hotel, Bangkok. This highly anticipated event brought together leaders from Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam, marking a meaningful start to 2025 with reflections, accomplishments, and forward-thinking strategies.

The summit served as a platform for division leaders to showcase their achievements from 2024 and collaboratively align strategic plans for the year ahead. With an emphasis on continuous growth, participants reflected on areas for improvement while fostering collaboration across borders.

Beyond the productive sessions, the teams participated in a lively and interactive Pad Thai cooking competition at Saffron, the signature Thai restaurant at Banyan Tree Hotel. Leaders paired up with counterparts from different regions and functions—including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance—highlighting the importance of teamwork, mutual respect, and camaraderie.
